Manxin Hotel Changchun Zoological and Botanical Park, Guilin Road

Great location, right next to Guilin Road, just a two-minute walk. The hotel service is excellent! Every staff member is enthusiastic and patient! Plus, there's free late-night supper.

The service was absolutely amazing! It's super close to the Changchun Zoo and Botanical Garden, just a short walk away. Once you enter, head towards the South Gate, and you'll spot all sorts of NPC activities – the NPCs are really enthusiastic too!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk staff and the auntie who cleans the rooms are all incredibly friendly and always greet you. The room facilities are complete and everything is super clean. However, the complimentary late-night snack, the noodle soup, felt way too basic – just plain noodles in water with nothing else. I hope they can improve that.

I requested two bottles of tea in the afternoon after returning from an outing, but they were never provided, even by the time I checked out the next day. Very disappointing.

A perfect trip needs a cozy place to stay, and this is it! A perfect hotel with a lovely courtyard. On the first day, we found the TV wasn't working, but the next day, technicians came with their equipment to fix it and even offered us fruit as an apology. The hotel offers breakfast and late-night snacks. The chef for the late-night snacks is a great conversationalist and very entertaining!

I was very satisfied. The room was spacious, the heating was excellent, the service was great, and it was very clean. I had a comfortable stay and highly recommend it.
