優點是豪華上檔次，硬件沒得説，特別是公共區域很有特色。出門就是地鐵站，旁邊還有商場。缺點也有很多人提過了，浴室下水防反味做的不好，其實很好解決，用塑料袋裝一點點水平攤在下水口就行，哈爾濱有一些酒店就這麼弄

20樓層的房大姐熱情周到，對工作很熟悉，協助解決問題非常麻利到位，能夠解決問題。而且留紙條提醒熱水來了，十分難得，謝謝！贊！

設施看起來很富麗堂皇，但是都用在表面上了，軟件部分達不到，感覺很陳舊。工作日的早上酒店居然還有結婚迎親的，男的在樓道隨便抽煙沒有服務員制止。早餐想要個溏心蛋，工作人員居然拒絕我，讓我去煎好蛋的盤子裏自己挑個嫩的！炒麪和炒飯感覺鹽沒有化開，一部分鹹的要死，另外一部分沒有味道。
