CGIG Nanshan Hotel

I was incredibly satisfied with my stay at Guoxin Nanshan this time. Although the hotel is a bit old, the service was excellent. A butler followed up throughout my stay, and I could communicate any needs I had; the butler responded proactively. This stay included complimentary welcome fruit, and milk was delivered in the evening, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel breakfast had everything imaginable and tasted great. I will definitely choose Guoxin Nanshan again!

The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. We received a complimentary fruit platter upon arrival, and in the evenings, they even offered flower tea and milk. Traveling with a baby was made easy with the provided crib, and the water activities were super convenient. The breakfast had a rich and diverse selection. It was a very pleasant trip overall.

The room was clean and tidy. Even though we arrived after 10 PM, there was still a goodnight milk waiting for us. The kids and seniors had a great time cooling off in the water during summer. It's also quite close to the Northeast Tiger and Leopard Park, Changchun Movie Wonderland, and Jingyuetan Lake, and the air quality is pretty good.

I'm always very happy with the rooms. The service attitude is excellent, they offered complimentary fruit, and even a bedtime milk. The room was tidied up before bed too. Plus, I got to see fireworks! 🎆

Guoxin is hands down the best hot spring resort in Changchun. It's been around for years, but the facilities are still in great shape, and the service is absolutely impeccable. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and the hot springs are genuinely natural. Among all the natural hot spring options near Changchun, Guoxin truly stands out as the leader!

The environment and service here were absolutely fantastic. They even provided free breakfast and hot spring tickets for my older child. Five-star rating!

The room was spotless and the service was incredibly attentive; they really went above and beyond for anything we needed. It was truly excellent! The hot springs were also great, and even going for a dip at night, the water was very clean. We stayed for two days, and our baby had a wonderful time.

Five stars, highly recommend! Guoxin Nanshan's service is incredibly thoughtful. They offered a small gift for my child upon check-in and delivered warm milk at night. Our concierge, L. Yangyang, was very responsible and efficiently helped us with all our requests. The breakfast selection is extensive and high-quality, and the hot springs are clean and comfortable. It's an excellent choice for a family vacation, and we will definitely be returning.

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. We had a dedicated butler, whom we added on WeChat, so we could easily ask questions. They were very helpful, providing recommendations for dining and attractions. They even went out of their way to arrange tickets for the hot spring water park for both adults and children for the next day, allowing us to play until 3 PM before heading home. Upon check-in, we received VIP fruit, and milk was delivered in the evening, which the kids loved. The water park deserves a special mention; the children had an absolute blast and are already looking forward to their next visit. We also watched the fireworks in the evening, which were beautiful and spectacular, though my phone couldn't capture the stunning effect seen with the naked eye. For dinner, we went to the second-floor restaurant and ordered a la carte. The steamed white fish was absolutely delicious, enjoyed by both adults and children. We ordered five dishes, and all were fantastic.
