Shangri-La Changchun

Staying at the Shangri-La Changchun this time was fantastic. The location is unbeatable—right in the city center, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Kiyo at the front desk was wonderful; check-in was quick and seamless, and she patiently answered all our questions. The room was spotless and quiet, and the bed was insanely comfortable. There was a huge selection at breakfast, and the food tasted great. The hotel also features a swimming pool and a gym, perfect for checking out if you have some free time. From the concierges to the restaurant staff, everyone was so nice. A classic five-star hotel that definitely won't let you down.

The rooms are quite nice and the front desk service is great. The location is also very good with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi. The doorman is very enthusiastic and helps open the car door. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

After our trip from Changbai Mountain, I contacted the hotel, and Lindy and Crystal were professional, efficient, and patient throughout. We booked a family room, which was spacious. The tent, rocking horse, and other arrangements for the kids were very thoughtful, and our child had a blast as soon as we entered the room. The hotel also provided children's slippers and bathrobes, showing great attention to detail. As night fell, back at the hotel, our child also had a wonderful time at the kids' club and the pool. We'll definitely come back to Shangri-La next time we visit with our little one!

We stayed at the Shangri-La Changchun to celebrate our wedding anniversary. To make the occasion extra special, I contacted the front desk prior to our trip. Ms. Tang Yue listened carefully to our requests and, overcoming various challenges, coordinated extensively with the housekeeping and food & beverage departments to fulfill our wishes as much as possible. This allowed us to fully experience warmth, romance, and love during our stay. We would like to extend our special thanks to Ms. Tang Yue at the front desk, Mr. Ding from the concierge, Manager Yu from the F&B department, and all the other staff members who worked quietly behind the scenes. I stayed in a suite, and the room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped – absolutely fantastic! The hotel service was also excellent. I've always trusted Shangri-La hotels; I had a great stay at the Wuhan Shangri-La before as well. All in all, highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time, and I especially want to commend Tina at the front desk for her service. The staff were all warm and polite. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, with no long waits at all. They were patient and meticulous when answering questions, and proactively provided important hotel information. When a small issue arose, they responded quickly, offering thoughtful and attentive service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I had a great stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip, it's highly recommended.

This veteran hotel is well-equipped and boasts an excellent location. Front desk staff, Xiao Tang, provided warm and professional service. While it's been open for a while and could use an update, you can't go wrong booking here anytime.

Even an older A8 is still an A8, and Shangri-La continues to impress. The location is excellent, the staff are always smiling, and everyone demonstrates a high level of professionalism!

This hotel is almost always a safe bet when traveling. The service and dining completely meet five-star standards. It's conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride from Changchun Station. Any requests guests had were promptly attended to, and the lounge dinner was quite substantial. Breakfast had everything you'd expect, plus some local specialties. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about, haha.
