Chunyi Hotel

Traveling to Changchun with my child, I booked this hotel with a long history. The location is incredibly convenient; it's about a 5-minute walk to Changchun Station, and taking a taxi to major attractions is also very quick. Although the hotel's interior facilities aren't new, the service is excellent. Front desk attendant number three was warm and kind, even preparing a small gift for my child. It would be even better if the cleanliness was a bit more thorough. The soundproofing at night was also very good, and the most surprising thing was that this was my first time staying in a room with a window in the bathroom – both the bathroom and the room were spacious and bright. The breakfast had a rich variety, including local Changchun specialties. The reception area on the first floor is well-equipped. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Changchun! 👍

The location is super convenient, right across from the train station. The facilities are great, clean, and tidy. The environment is nice and very quiet. The service is warm and friendly, and they offer free luggage storage. Overall, I had a really good experience. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Changchun.

Ambiance: It's steeped in history, even Puyi (the last emperor of China) stayed here! We even got to take photos in front of a mirror he used! It was a blast with a group of crazy old ladies, so much fun! Service: Absolutely fantastic! The 'crazy old ladies' were having such a wild time that one of them hurt her foot. Given her weight, it was tricky, but a handsome service rep helped me get her to the station. The service was incredibly good! Many thanks!

I think this place offers great value for money! Even during the Dragon Boat Festival, the prices barely went up. It's a century-old hotel, and you can even find some small artifacts inside. The building has a lot of character; the interior gives off a classic, old-school hotel vibe, and the cleanliness is good too. The staff are very enthusiastic and proactive; they showed me to my room and later even brought some snacks. Breakfast was quite varied. It was a bit tricky to find for a first-timer, but if you ask the station staff, they'll clear it up. It's right above a subway underpass entrance with an elevator, so it's actually quite convenient. If I had to pick any minor drawbacks, one would be the average soundproofing in the hallways, and the other is that you have to go to the lobby to pick up food deliveries.

Every time I visit Changchun, I stay at Chunyi Hotel. The first time I stayed here, it was because of its rich history; it was originally called the Yamato Hotel and has stood facing Changchun Station for many years. This visit was for a music festival, and I was worried about checking in too early. However, the front desk staff quickly provided solutions upon hearing my concern, handling everything with maturity and speed. Although the rooms show their age, they are spotlessly clean and well-equipped, and the air conditioning works perfectly. It was another great experience. They even gave me a lovely little gift when I left. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

After running the Changchun Marathon, I stayed at this historic hotel directly opposite the train station. It was full of historical memories, reminding me how quickly a hundred years can pass in the blink of an eye. Cherish every day.
