Hyatt Place Changchun Jingyue Reviews

This hotel is absolutely awful, with non-existent service – it feels completely unmanaged. I ordered McDonald's at 10 PM. The delivery rider even specifically mentioned that the Coke was also for my room. However, when the robot delivered it, there was only a bag of food. The Coke was nowhere to be found (it just vanished even though it was sent with the order)! I called the front desk to inquire, but after waiting 40 minutes, I received no response. I called again, and they said they'd look into it further and call me back. After another 20 minutes, they finally called, offering 'objective reasons' like the Coke not being available or the hotel being too busy, without taking any responsibility for their own management. They then told me to wait for the investigation results. I waited until 11:30 PM when they informed me they still couldn't locate the Coke, despite knowing the delivery time, and suggested checking the surveillance footage. I told them it was too late and asked for a resolution the next day. In the end, I waited two days, and no hotel staff ever followed up. This is truly the worst-serviced hotel I've ever experienced; there's absolutely no service to speak of. 👎👎👎👎👎

This was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at in Changchun. I totally forgot to take any photos, but believe me, it was fantastic. All I have is a shot of the entrance.

The hotel's overall ambiance is great, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. A special shout-out to Xue Bing at the front desk for their excellent service. I was just passing through Changchun and hadn't had a good rest, and they kindly helped me arrange a late check-out.

The rooms were clean and tidy. We were a family traveling with three rooms and wanted them all on the same floor. Murray at the front desk was incredibly helpful; he upgraded us to a Jiaxuan King Room, and we even received three complimentary drinks. We also needed to extend our check-out by half an hour, and they were more than happy to accommodate our request. The service was truly thoughtful and excellent.

Although this hotel in Changchun is located a bit far from the city center, the environment is lovely, the service is excellent, and it's very peaceful. The breakfast was also decent. During my trip to Changchun, I also had the chance to watch a show at the Liu Laogen Grand Stage.

A special shout-out to Ms. Xue at the front desk for her excellent service! My overall stay was fantastic. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and I would absolutely return.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! Alice at the front desk handled my check-in quickly and efficiently, and she was incredibly friendly. The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable. A special thank you to Alice for her excellent service. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Changchun.

During my check-in at Hyatt Place, Anna at the front desk provided excellent service. She was very considerate of my needs and upgraded me to a more spacious room. My stay was fantastic! The room was fully equipped, comfortable, spacious, and bright. It included an iron, a refrigerator, a reading lamp, and a desk lamp—perfect for guests who enjoy reading before bed. Highly recommended!

Compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one offers very poor value for money, and I wouldn't recommend it. The sofa in our room was stained, and the central air conditioning wasn't on. Breakfast quality was no better than hotels costing around 200 RMB. There were limited food options, the coffee machine was broken, and fruit was awkwardly stored in a chiller, hard to get to, with no fruit forks available. The juice setup was even more baffling: with no stand or platform, guests had to carry the communal juice pitcher to their table to pour, then return it to the chiller.

the room is big and clean，view from the room is also nice staffs are friendly and helpful buffet style breakfast with variety of foods and the taste is good overall is good the only thing is the room is poor lighting even though all the lights are turn on

It’s a perfect hotel in Nanguan area, very clean, rooms are big and spacious, many facilities to make staying easier. Perfect stuff with good English, also cleaning ladies very kind and rooms are cleaned daily. Definitely the best choice for this area in Changchun.
