South Lake Hotel

This is a well-established, prestigious hotel with beautiful garden-style grounds, shaded by lush trees, making for a very pleasant stroll. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is attentive, and the location is excellent. You can even visit the filming location of 'A Lifelong Journey' here. Overall, it's quiet and livable, though some facilities are a bit dated. Nevertheless, it's definitely worth staying.

The environment here is lovely with trees everywhere. I even saw three deer running around and some squirrels. The lobby offers different complimentary teas daily. It would be even better if there were more breakfast options and a longer breakfast time.

The environment here is fantastic, perfect for a relaxing getaway, and we even saw a group of deer! The cleanliness and service were also good. However, the facilities are quite old, the room is a bit small, and the breakfast was just okay, with a slightly early closing time.

The hotel's location is decent, and while the room was a bit old, it was clean. However, there's significant room for improvement in staff service. Overall, the service lacked proactivity. Upon arrival, the doorman was slow to respond and didn't offer to help with luggage, showing a lack of initiative in welcoming guests. The front desk stated breakfast was from 7 AM to 9:30 AM, but on the second day, staff started clearing up by around 8 AM without any explanation. There was also no clear signage regarding the elevator maintenance! I hope the hotel can strengthen staff service training to improve the guest experience.

The accommodation environment is comfortable and beautiful, and the breakfast is authentic and delicious. Housekeeper Wang Xiaoxu provided warm and attentive service, including timely cleaning and replenishment of supplies. I'd like to commend her for her excellent work.

This hotel, Nanhu Hotel, truly boasts an excellent location – not in the bustling city center of Changchun, but in a tranquil spot right next to Nanhu Park. The entire building exudes a rich sense of history, and staying at such a hotel is truly refreshing and delightful.

Overall, it's pretty good. The decor is a bit dated, and the Wi-Fi isn't great.

Located inside Nanhu Park, the environment and air quality are exceptional – perfect for a relaxing getaway. This long-standing hotel definitely delivers on service and ambiance. My only note is that it feels a bit dated compared to international chain five-star hotels.

The most beautiful part of Nanhu Hotel is its gardens. They're so lush and green, and walking along the tree-lined paths is truly a delightful experience. The hotel also has a herd of free-roaming deer, about 20 of them. If you go to the woods on the right side of the main entrance around 5 PM, you can usually spot them.
