Songyuan Hotel (Villa A)

This hotel has a rich history and its own beautiful garden, featuring century-old pines and decades-old maple trees. The lush vegetation makes walking along the paths feel like a stroll through a forest, providing a cool escape from the summer heat. The breakfast spread is particularly impressive, with many Jilin-specific delicacies. The hotel staff are warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The room service during my stay was incredibly attentive. Fresh towels were provided daily, and they smelled like they'd just been washed and dried in the sun. After cleaning, the toilet always had fine foam, as if an effervescent tablet had just been used. The in-room dining service was very thoughtful. Everyone was extremely polite, and they all spoke without any regional accents.

The toilet was clogged and wouldn't drain, and the bathroom floor had deep standing water that flowed out of the shower area. It was very dangerous, especially for kids showering, as they could slip.

Garden-style hotel, the overall environment is very good, I personally feel that the cost-effectiveness is super high, and the room type is upgraded for free. Focus on the service, good attitude, thoughtful service, really feel good, next time I will come 👍

The guest rooms are clean and tidy, with a grand style. Next to it is the historical building "Japanese Kwantung Army Commander's Residence", where five Japanese commanders lived successively. The Kwantung Army Headquarters is also nearby, and is currently the office of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee. It seems that the Japanese commander's workplace at that time was 6 Kuwata. The invader's residence, which was heavily guarded at the time, is now a modern hotel built next to it, and ordinary people can come and go at will.

I stayed in room A on the first day and room C on the second day. Rooms without windows seem to be cheap, but I definitely want one with a window, so I chose the one with a window. The deposit was 500 yuan. When I told them I wanted breakfast, they told me to pay at the breakfast venue. It's been a while since I've had a bathtub, which is great. For some reason, there was laundry detergent there, so I did my laundry, but there was no clothesline. The breakfast had medicinal food, which was interesting. The banquet hall was also luxurious. If you can't decide between A and C, I'd definitely choose A. However, there is no historical atmosphere inside, and there is no garden. The hotel is too far from the entrance facing the road, so it was inconvenient.
