淋浴水有點小，還要出空調費20元，一開始沒看到，到店了交20塊錢才能開空調別被坑了

考試去住的，沒有在街邊不是很好找。附近都是家庭式旅館，這個算可以了。就是打聯繫電話沒人接，前台還老找不到人

房間乾淨整潔，裝修別具一格，離學校很近，過個馬路1分鐘就到，床頭還有插電小枱燈很方便

總得來説還行，住在這邊的考生很多，老闆很nice，幫忙免費打印准考證，出行可以選公交車和共享單車，不推薦的士車（個別真的很坑）離常德高職院校衹隔一條馬路，離技師學院稍微遠一點，但是坐1路公交也很方便。

環境説實在的很一般吧，地方真的很難找，設施設備不齊全，晚上睡覺不隔音，進去都沒有衞生紙，後來還是前台要的，服務體驗感真的很一般。這次是因為考試住這裏，以後也不會再住了。
