該酒店在明知酒店空調製冷系統故障無法正常運行情況下不告知客人，讓客人辦理入住，凌晨兩點半熱醒後找到客户，在反覆溝通後才告訢客人整個酒店都無法提供冷氣（當天氣温28-30度）。給出的處理意見衹是建議吹風扇；或退房或換酒店。早餐也很一般，幾乎沒有什麼服務意識。強烈不建議後續的朋友入住。該酒店的價位在常德有太多的選擇了。

酒店位於高速路附近，出行方便，設施不錯，可惜的是居然沒有做無煙/吸煙區分。雖然升級換房後煙味好很多，但是二手煙已經吸附在傢俱乃至床單被套上！

西安開車到北海 第一天晚上下高速住在常德 這家酒店離高速口不遠 外觀看不錯 房間環境也很好 全屋智能 性價比很高 沒想到國慶期間258還能住上這麼好的酒店 早餐也不錯 當地的牛肉粉很好吃 酒店前台在四樓 前台也非常熱情 樓下免費停車 非常滿意
