I called the front desk, but there was no response for half a day, so I had to ask Ctrip's customer service for help, and quickly changed the floor for us. The next day, a friend said that the city was about to be closed, so I went to the front desk to check out immediately. A friend from the mainland came and opened it for three days. After checking out, the hotel said that the sheets and pillowcases were polluted. 床品舒適，房間所以配置也都符合高檔酒店的配備。就是太熱了，沒空調，整個晚上開着窗户直到凌晨四點多下雨了氣温降下來了才涼快點。還是個西曬的朝向，新疆四月份這個陽光曬一天房間真的挺熱的。讓我意外的是居然小食品都是免費的，屬實沒想到。

前台小王和小蘇服務熱情周到 房間衞生也很乾凈 早餐種類豐富 休息區也很安靜舒適 下次來昌吉還會入住這家酒店！！！

乾淨，整潔，温馨，值得再次入住。
