酒店非常棒，前台及服務人員都很貼心，見我帶了小朋友主動提供了小童牙具及小童一次性拖鞋，房間乾淨無異味，床墊睡着舒服，淋浴水量大，洗澡也很舒服，非常推薦

硬件非常不錯，是新開酒店，但是人員專業性差強人意，前台辦理入住流程不熟練，也沒有主動告知餐廳和早餐時間，餐票還忘了打印，保潔人員遇到詢問不是很有耐心，也不主動熱情，早餐特別簡單，和裝修不相配，建議加強軟服務
