The room is generally clean. As soon as we checked in, the handsome guy at the front desk gave us a New Year's gift. It was really thoughtful. Hunan people are very hospitable, but the air conditioning in the room was a little bit poor. The only drawback was that there was a KTV nearby. We stayed there for three Floor, it’s a bit noisy at night

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, there are robots, and there is a free laundry self-service laundry room,  Hygienic: clean and tidy, very comfortable to enter the room, like Environment: There is a street behind to eat, the taste is delicious 😋, and then go inside is 900 meters straight, passing through the night market, the location is very good Service: The front desk service is also very good, come in and say hello to me, the smile at the front desk is very comfortable

The first time I came to Changsha to live in Berman, the room was very clean and tidy, really good! The front desk lady is very good, very warm, there is a faint fragrance on the floor, very good smell, not pungent! Like lychee fragrance! The overall environment of the hotel is good!
