Overall good experience . The room was very clean but the window is broken , you can’t close the window, I complained to the front desk , they informed me just close the curten. :D

This hotel is located near a subway station and has a high cost-performance. It is recommended for travellers that wanna explore Changsha with a relatively low cost. The hotel itself is near Wuyi square too, so it does not take a long time for a cab to take you there.

Good location walking distance to metro station easy accessible to anywhere around the city by metro.Very helpful from hotel staff we stay in this hotel twice in one month.Stayed twice at the same hotel in Chongqing .

The hotel is terrible. I checked in halfway at 2:30 PM, only to be told that the previous tenant had used an extension coupon, so my room wasn't ready yet. They ended up giving me a different room, but it was not only small and dirty, but the air conditioner was incredibly loud, completely disrupting my sleep! I requested a room change, only to be told it was fully booked. I had come so happily for a trip, but because of the room issue, I had to check out and find another hotel. I won't book this hotel again. The environment is so shabby and dirty!
