If I had to describe this stay in one word, perfection. From the moment I stepped into Tyndall Hotel · Gap, I knew this place was exactly my vibe. 🖤 Sleek lines, art-inspired interiors, and that minimalist luxury look that makes every corner feel like a magazine cover. And the best part? I somehow ended up staying on the 58th floor. 😭✨ Like, who even gets this lucky?! The skyline view was unreal. Morning sunlight, night lights, clouds floating below me, it felt like living in the sky. ☁️🌆 Now… let’s talk about the bedding. For the first time ever, I slept in a hotel without white sheets, and it was such a game changer. The sheets were silky-smooth, the duvet was extra fluffy, you can literally feel the difference in quality. 💫 It’s the kind of bed that hugs you back. The shower system? Just a press of a button. 🚿 Everything about this hotel screams modern comfort and effortless luxury. Even the lights and curtains can be controlled from the smart panel, pure satisfaction. 💬 Staff were very lovely (very attentive), I sat at the lobby and they immediately came and serve me a hot tea, service was smooth, and the location couldn’t be better, right by the subway and surrounded by cool cafés and shops. --- 🌟 Extra Tips Before You Stay • Check out the lobby & art installations, every corner is designed with photo-worthy modern touches. 🎨📸 • Play with the smart controls — lights, curtains, even shower settings are just a button away. Wonderful hotel! Location: metro station is right downstairs of the building, line 1 is convenient for basically all attractions. Restaurants around there are various, I can get everything I need. Environment: 54th floor 270 degree river view was amazing. Amenities: fast elevator, smart robot for delivery. I love the art control of lights and curtains in the room, also the screening. Big round tub is soothing too, also the smart toilet! Service: quick response and kind service from receptionists via WeChat, I get constantly high quality service. Food: various choices for breakfast and good size of afternoon tea from the hotel! Advice: upgrade the comb to match the room price, also add English stickers on bath stuffs such as shampoo/shower gel Overall, high recommended hotel. Good for couple trip!

The hotel is conveniently located next to a train station. Their service was superb which they extended complimentary late check till 2pm and also arranged omplimentary room decor for birthday celebration.

Book a review view the view was exceptional. The breakfast was lacklustre and just not up to standard. The room was decent and cleaning could be better. As well as general Maintenance of the room. The daily housekeeping was none existent. All that was done was bed somewhat neatened and towels refreshed and water provided. No cleaning of anything else was done which was highly disappointing for a 4star hotel. We also kept on running out of toilet paper. Requesting amenities on xiaodu was pointless cause they never arrived.

Not recommend for the price I paid. When we arrived at 3pm, CS told me the room wasn't ready, while it mentioned that check in time is from 11am onwards. There was only one hanger holder in the bathroom to hand towel, no where to put any changed clothes. This hotel located in a commercial building together with another hotel, so was little challenging to find. Overall with the price I paid for a three persons room, not worth it. Location is good as it's quite close to 五一廣場
