Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. The room carpet is a bit old, so it's best to wear slippers when walking around. Service: Excellent! I arrived early and wanted to check in to my room to rest, and the front desk staff (a young man) was very accommodating. He even gave me a free room upgrade, which was fantastic! Environment: Convenient for getting around, with many government buildings nearby, and the streets are very clean. Friendly reminder: If you're walking on this particular street and have trash to dispose of, you should either carry it to the next street's trash can or take it back to the hotel. Whatever you do, don't let the sanitation workers see you putting trash into a trash can on this street. While it sounds ridiculous, if you do, there's a high probability they'll scold you, which could really sour your travel mood. Should you unfortunately encounter such a situation, please don't think that Changsha is generally this strange. Believe that this is just a unique phenomenon on a specific street during a particular time. Think rationally: sanitation workers work very hard, and it's their effort that keeps the streets clean. Even if the 'no trash in the trash can' rule is truly bizarre, turning public facilities into mere decorations and going a bit overboard, they are still trying their best to do their jobs according to their standards. The Hilton hotel is still reliable. For a better travel experience, perhaps choosing a hotel in a different location during this period might be a good idea.

This hotel's room service and location are absolutely fantastic! The mini-bar in the room is a thoughtful touch, with complimentary ice-cold Cokes, Sprites, and Fantas restocked daily. After a long day of exploring, a refreshing cold drink from the fridge instantly washes away the fatigue, and the next day, housekeeping quietly refills it – these little details really make a difference. The hotel's location is also unbeatable. A right turn out of the hotel leads directly to the subway entrance for lines 2 and 6, making it super convenient to get to Wuyi Square, Yuelu Mountain, and Orange Isle. A left turn and a one-minute walk brings you to Cha Yan Yue Se and the Noodle Street, so you can grab a bowl of noodles or a bubble tea anytime – pure bliss! Thank U Very Much Hampton ChangSha

Convenient location with plenty of dining options nearby. Most major attractions are within 3 kilometers. The room was clean, but unfortunately, it wasn't very soundproof. They brought us snacks every evening, which my child loved.
