同事推薦的在攜程上預訂的這個酒店，卻給我帶來了大大的驚喜，忍不住要分享一下入住感受。酒店地理位置不錯，環境衞生也非常好，空調效果槓槓的，晚上睡覺特別安靜，大大的落地窗讓人心情很愉悦！除了這些更值得讚美的是前台小姐姐的服務不但熱情，還特別的貼心，為我們顧客着想，我是帶着小孩一起入住的，主動的給我額外提供了額外的被子和枕頭，小孩子比較調皮不小心把床單弄得很臟，小姐姐給我們主動又換了新的，也沒有收取我們的清洗費。第二天退房的時候還貼心寄存了幾個小時行李，服務真的很入人心，讓我有點感動。種草給來長沙出差和旅遊的朋友們！！

不要訂1521房間，昨天出差大半夜入住的，然後床墊特別鉻，不舒服，跟睡在地板上一樣，出差本來就累也睡不好，本來想着大半夜不方便打擾酒店，結果第二天反饋問題也沒有響應，後邊告知床墊放反了？正常床墊放反是什麼情況呢，就我昨日所感沒有感受到床墊，一般床墊兩面不是一樣的嘛為何有放反一説？
