Atour S Hotel Changsha Wuyi Square Peiyuanqiao Subway Station Riverside

The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around; my trip was all about the subway and shared bikes 😺. I just forgot to grab the complimentary gift from the hotel on my way out! 🤦

Very satisfied. The breakfast was plentiful, the bedding was clean, and the service was excellent.

This hotel is super good! Even though it was a 'sound and vision' king room, we were in the innermost room and had amazing city and river views. The ambiance was excellent, and the projector worked well, though the screen was a bit small. The service was also top-notch. The front desk was able to accommodate almost all our requests. I was originally supposed to check out today, and they offered a late checkout until 2 PM. However, I'd been exploring a lot lately and was quite tired, so I asked Trip.com to inquire if we could extend it to 6 PM. The hotel explained that due to the high weekend occupancy, extending until 6 PM would be difficult, but they kindly offered a complimentary late checkout until 4 PM. So, we got to relax a bit longer at the hotel. Plus, they offer free luggage delivery to the airport or high-speed rail station, which is incredibly convenient. To be honest, the soundproofing isn't the best. If other rooms have their doors open, you can clearly hear conversations in your own room. Thankfully, all the guests were very considerate, and it was quiet by bedtime. Finally, I've attached some pictures of the breakfast. Atour's breakfast is consistently good, and I even tried the popular Atour breakfast hack I saw online.

Extremely satisfied! It was very clean, and the service was excellent. Being on a high floor, the views were beautiful and it was very quiet. The subway station is right downstairs, making travel incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and local specialties nearby. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The soundproofing is excellent, the service is great, and the breakfast is delicious. The toiletries are good quality, and check-in was quick and efficient.

I got an upgrade to a river view room at the front desk. The room was spacious and clean, with brand new facilities, and the shower was fantastic. The view from the window was superb; I could even watch the light show from my room at night. The building has a dedicated Atour elevator that goes straight to the first floor without stopping, so the elevator isn't crowded, making it very convenient to get around. The whole experience was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the freshly made rice noodles were delicious. The hotel is located right above a subway station, which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!!

The front desk service was excellent and efficient. The room was clean, and the breakfast offered Changsha specialties and extended until 12 PM. The views were beautiful, and the hotel provided comprehensive information. The luggage delivery service was also good.

Changsha's night view is stunning, and a room with a river view is definitely worth it. The hotel isn't far from Wuyi Square, and with a subway station right downstairs, getting around is super convenient. Plus, with Atour's breakfast and laundry services, the value for money during Chinese New Year was absolutely unbeatable.
