City Comfort Inn (Changsha Chaoyang Metro Station)

This hotel is located right in the city center, and the parking lot is really spacious, which makes parking super convenient. The front desk staff were excellent – very friendly and polite. They even gave me some great recommendations for places to visit in Changsha and checked me in quickly and efficiently. My room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping auntie was also very kind and courteous. For the price, the breakfast selection was quite satisfactory; there was a decent variety. The room itself was very quiet and comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here!

First off, the hotel is a bit far from Wuyi Square; you need to take Line 6 and then transfer to Line 2 to get there, which is a bit misleading. Other aspects are decent though: there's parking available, breakfast is provided, and the hygiene and service are good.

The service attitude is great, breakfast is excellent, it's close to the subway, and parking is also very convenient. I've stayed here for several days already.

The room was spacious and the cleanliness details were also good; the nooks and crannies were quite clean. The bathroom having disinfectant wipes was a thoughtful touch. Self-service laundry with a dryer was available. Breakfast was a bit average with not many options. The hotel having its own parking lot is a plus, and the subway station right outside is also very close, just a three to five-minute walk.

My first choice for business trips. This chain hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms. Most importantly, the front desk service is great, and they even have laundry service and luggage storage. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Very satisfied.

The exposed electrical wires on the floor were a safety hazard and the windows were filthy. The main issue was the staff's terrible attitude. Because I booked through Ctrip, they assigned me a room in a corner, which looked nothing like the pictures online. When I asked to switch, she was very reluctant and gave me a room on the lowest floor – utterly speechless. The soundproofing was absolutely terrible; they put me right next to the elevator, and it was incredibly noisy. This is the worst City Comfort Inn I've ever stayed at. The pictures only showed the upper part of the building, but the entrance and the road were actually in terrible condition. It wasn't even close to the pedestrian street; it was miles away, and the surrounding area was run-down.
