這個攜程上是鑫鈴酒店，實際叫上品酒店，130多一個晚上，隨便哪個都別來這個酒店，真的差到不知道該説什麼，前台****的，房間裏面特別爛，潮濕，一股黴味，推門進去房間昏暗，衞生巾像恐怖片現場，馬桶洗臉盆都很臟，床上裏面的被子是發黃的，地板上面黏乎乎的，牆壁上面有很多不乾淨的東西，拖鞋有外套，房間你睡着的時候還有人過來塞小卡片，衞生巾牆壁是那種塑料強，很不隔音，打開燈都看不起衞生巾地上有什麼，長沙附近還有很多酒店，真的沒必要來這裏，怕住這裏一個晚上就得餅

非常差勁，大家如果看完我的評論還想入住，我衹能誇一句頭鐵
首先，最嚴重的一個問題。這家店的名字在地圖和**上都搜不到，因為這家店實際叫上品什麼什麼，就是我圖一顯示的這個，美tuan上差評巨多。（我當初就是轉**沒看到這家店的評論，就稀裏糊塗受騙了）
然後
衞生：巨差巨臟，衞生間的門沒有鎖，牆上一堆黑呼呼的物質，看起來很想吐，廁所馬桶蓋子很臟，裏面也沖不乾淨，反正哪哪都不行。（圖太多了，可以翻美tuan）
設施：不行，沒有一次性拖鞋，吹風機那個東西是壞的，害怕夾着我頭髮就沒吹。全屋無外開窗，一關燈就跟地窖一樣黑咕隆咚的，僅有的房間內的燈還很昏暗。退房出來的那一刻我感覺像是**突然有了光明。
環境：woc woc woc 最無語的來了。這家店的 隔音！不是趨近於無，而是就直接沒有隔音！！！跟你睡大通鋪大馬路一樣！！！一百多的一個房啊，旁邊人説話聽的一清二楚。我前一天下午進房，第二天中午十二點走，中間留了二十個小時想要好好休息，但給我的睡覺時間衹有五個小時。因為隔壁的小情侶半夜吵鬧到三點，八點又準時起來開始吵鬧。青旅還男女分間避免交談呢，我睡這個地方還不如青旅。以至於我訂酒店原本是想休息，但是反而越休息越疲憊，走在路上都感覺要累暈倒。
最後總結：要是能接受輕微的噪音，就去睡青旅，青旅比這裏安靜，便宜還衞生。
要是能接受中度噪音，就去找家四五十的民宿，民宿房間少，不如這裏吵，衞生程度差不多。
要是能接受重度噪音，就去火車站或者公園找個按摩椅坐着睡，比酒店還舒服，還不用花錢。
最後是問題補充，可能有人會問，為啥中途不換房呢？因為辦理入住後在大廳看見一個男的因為沒外開窗户想換房，酒店不換，説已經都住人了。所以半夜就忍了。

定好的是有窗的雙床房，結果，洗臉水斗漏水，給調換了沒有窗子的雙床房，面積超級小，我想是降級了吧？室內設施比較陳舊，好在距地鐵口和長沙火車站較近，出行比較方便。
