Changsha Huatian Hotel

My stay at the Hunan Huatian Hotel in Changsha was such a pleasant surprise! As a well-established five-star hotel in Hunan, its location is fantastic, right next to a shopping district, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. The room itself was very comfortable overall – spacious with elegant decor, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The only minor drawbacks were that the room window couldn't be opened and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made it feel a bit stuffy after a while. However, the service was absolutely top-notch! They thoughtfully brought fruit before bedtime and again when I checked out. These little warm touches really made an impression. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, responded promptly, and their service quality was consistently high. I'll definitely choose Huatian again on my next trip to Changsha, and I hope they can improve their ventilation facilities for an even more perfect experience~

The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping service was prompt. The restaurant service was also very good.

I chose this hotel for its excellent location, and this is my third stay. I'm in Changsha almost every week, so I've stayed in many hotels here. Although the room on this third visit was older than the previous two, my experience was actually better. I checked in quite late, and when I entered the room, I noticed the duvet corner was neatly pulled back – I usually hate it when the duvet is just thrown on the bed. The slippers were also tidily arranged, and there was even fruit provided. For someone arriving late, these small touches of warmth are truly appreciated 👍. It's an older hotel, and you can tell the facilities were once quite grand.
