Good points:
1. Font Office staffs provided excellent services.
2. Good recycling program.
3. IT-Computer staff very helpful try to solve the WiFi problems.
4. Many lift available do not need to wait.
5. Hotel provided Kettle and Thermos.
Bad points:
1. Breakfast close at 10am, 955am the staffs clearing the foods high efficiency at 955am, even there are 10 over customers inside.
2. Air-con inside the room only blowing air, not cooling at all.
3. My room WiFi cannot be connect.
4. One time use bathtub cover need to pay 10RMB.

A nice hotel. We enjoyed staying there for our long weekend over the holiday. The staff were very helpful and the room service left a lovely personalised note for us. Xiao Zhong at the front desk has helped us from before our stay to after our stay. A view of the river and surrounding area.

This is a friend who booked this hotel again for his visit. Wins in environment and service quality. The night view outside the room window is great. There is an observation deck outside the hotel and a jogging track along the river. The interior layout of the room is reasonable and the bathroom is very good. The staff at the hotel lobby and front desk are easy to communicate with and polite. On Goddess' Day, the hotel prepared exquisite desserts for us and our visiting friends. Thank you very much!
