The service was great, and as a newly opened hotel, the environment was very nice. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable.

Staying at the Wyndham Changsha this time, the hardware certainly lives up to its five-star rating. In late July, with outdoor temperatures in Changsha nearing 38℃, the room cooled down completely within ten minutes of entering. The central air conditioning was quick to cool, distributed air evenly, and crucially, was silent and didn't fluctuate in temperature overnight, which is a blessing for light sleepers. The entire room features smart panels for controlling lights, curtains, and AC, eliminating the need to search for remote controls. Grohe bathroom fixtures provide stable water pressure and instant hot water, and the bathtub had no strange odors even when full. The 42㎡ space feels generous, and the double-pane windows effectively block out noise, so you don't hear road sounds even in the early morning. I also checked out the gym and heated pool on the 26th floor – full range of equipment and perfect water temperature. I give full marks for the facilities; it's not just about having high-end amenities, but about them being truly functional and well-utilized. After a long day of work or sightseeing, returning to the room allows for complete relaxation. Service: The hotel concierge service was very thoughtful.

The service was excellent, truly the highlight of this hotel. They were very prompt in responding to all my messages. If you're traveling with family, I highly recommend booking a family room; it's significantly better than the standard twin rooms. It would be even better if they had a laundry room. Although I was on a non-smoking floor, several rooms had their doors open with people smoking and playing cards, which made the entire floor smell strongly. However, this might just be a regional characteristic of Hunan, and perhaps difficult for the hotel to manage.

My stay at the Wyndham Changsha was very satisfying. The hotel is located in the Desiqin business district, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Getting a taxi to Wuyi Square or other attractions was always smooth. The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and professional, proactively offering local tips. The room was spacious and bright, with a wide-angle view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. A special shout-out to the concierge's quick response time – they were always instantly available. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including freshly made Hunan rice noodles and other local specialties, which tasted authentic. For an international brand hotel at this price point, the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Changsha.
