My stay was terrible. My car was parked in the hotel's lot and the headlight was hit at 5:30 AM on September 6th. The hotel claimed no responsibility and dragged their feet until September 10th without providing any resolution. They kept saying they were 'in communication and handling it!'

I'm very satisfied with this hotel, I stay here often. They have free parking, which makes getting around super convenient. The staff (they call them 'little bears' here, which is cute!) are always warm and attentive, truly excellent service. The hotel environment is great, the facilities are complete, and the AC works wonderfully. Plus, the delivery robot brings your food right to your room!

My parents had a great time and a comfortable stay, which made me happy. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I bring my family next time.

This hotel exceeded our expectations for our family trip to Changsha with the kids. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, so it was easy even with a stroller. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few steps from the subway station. It's close to Taiping Street, Pozi Street, and IFS, and a taxi ride costs just the minimum fare. The room was even better than the photos, with fantastic natural light, perfect for all our pictures.
