設備都挺好的，大堂也有洗衣機烘乾機。
隔音也挺好，但是最近可能有集體考試，避免不了會聽到一些聲音，但夜晚睡覺時間就安靜了

房間佈置簡約大方，乾淨衞生，早餐豐富味道不錯，出門就是中南大學，帶孩子來母校非常方便，出門有各種店面，吃飯購物非常方便

如果喜歡安靜，那這家酒店隔音效果非常一般，凌晨三點隔壁説話能聽清楚，過道隨便一個人説話都能聽得清清楚楚，感覺房間與房間之間就一層木板隔了。嚴重影響休息。房間不是很大。關於服務和酒店交接工作，真的不行到極致，沒有人會隨意給差評，一個早餐都沒有交代清楚。入住前我就問了早餐，服務人員讓我們第二天直接報房號，結果去了什麼都沒有交代清楚，前台服務人員更是不會處理，至少打電話詢問一下，但涼我老公在哪裡。我是吃不起早餐嗎？這個推那個，態度也不好，我們大半夜淋着雨入住酒店，停車場就不説了，沒有車位，跑很遠的小區停，淋着雨跑過去。當然酒店確實有點新，但服務真的堪憂，大過年的讓人非常不悦。

一大兩小，還有隔間，房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生。離中南大學本部很近，就在對面，周圍吃的很多。服務人員態度都很好，推薦入住！
