Excellent service throughout from reception to house and restaurant staff. Great views of Changsha from the large room situated in high tower. Breakfast buffet is comprehensive and well worth it. Dinner in Chinese restaurant was also excellent. Thoughtful and professional staff.

Room air conditioning was centralised system and couldn't be adjusted and felt warm in the room ,luckily hotel gave us a mobile fan for cooling. Swimming pool was closed for cleaning on our last day and we couldn't use the pool.
Breakfast was good. Concierge was very helpful.
