垃圾，訂了沒到五分鐘，還沒入住進去，發現像招待所，就不想入住了，一個人帶着小朋友，怕不安全，就取消訂單，結果不同意，工作人員還故意把訂單改為已入住不能取消，去平台投訴打電話，平台居然説聯繫不上，而且上面説衹要在規定的時間是可以取消訂單的，我沒沒有超過規定時間取消，他們卻拖到過了時間再去處理，處理結果是我已經超過了訂單取消時間，垃圾，看到評論的都別住，誰住誰後悔
