1️⃣ **Room:** First, the room on a high floor offered a fantastic panoramic view, especially stunning at night. Enjoying a glass of red wine or sparkling water while watching the bustling city below felt incredibly peaceful. Second, the room layout was excellent, with a separate bathroom and toilet, both with their own doors, and no unpleasant odors. Third, the bed was very soft, and the duvet was plush, breathable, and not stuffy. Fourth, despite having a large carpet, it was immaculately maintained and clean. Fifth, the soundproofing was effective, and outside noise didn't disturb my sleep 💤. 2️⃣ **Service:** Every staff member I encountered was friendly,主动 greeting guests with a smile. They were also enthusiastic and soft-spoken when answering questions, which was very pleasant. What left the deepest impression were the ladies at the front desk. Whether checking in or checking out, they were patient and professional, even offering well wishes for a pleasant stay. I'd definitely choose to return, haha. The most heartwarming was the young lady from "IFC" (International Finance Centre). Her attentiveness and kind service attitude, as well as her foresight in considering my needs, significantly enhanced my positive impression of this stay. She deserves high praise 👍. 3️⃣ **Environment:** The hotel smelled lovely from the moment you entered, and the glass was sparkling clean, showing their attention to detail. 4️⃣ **Location:** Getting to all the famous attractions was incredibly convenient. Truly convenient. 5️⃣ **Food:** The vegetables and fruits were fresh, and there was a wide variety for breakfast. The desserts, in particular, were delicious 😋. My family and I stayed in two rooms this time, and we were all very happy and satisfied. We'd also like to thank all the staff who helped and served us. Located in the highest building along the Xiang River, the Huayuan International Center, this hotel offers stunning views of the river, city, and Du Fu Jiang Ge. It's conveniently situated near the city's main commercial district and tourist attractions. The interior is elegant, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is attentive and meticulous.

The room was bright with an expansive view, and the food at the Executive Lounge and coffee shop was also good. The front desk staff and maintenance technician were very polite. The reason I know the maintenance technician was polite is because the toilet clogged on the second day (laughs). I also strongly suspect I stayed in the same room as a previous reviewer, as the shower head holder fell off as soon as I reached for it on the first day. After that, the shower head could only be precariously hung at its lowest position. However, when I reported it to the staff, they were very helpful, actively asking if I was injured and if I needed to change rooms. At checkout, they even gave me some snacks as compensation. For those with a more sensitive nose, it's worth noting that although the hotel opened a while ago, the room I stayed in had a very distinct sour smell of装修材料 (renovation materials). I'm not sure if it was recently renovated.

The location is great, Wenheyou is right downstairs, and both Du Fu Jiang Ge and Huo Gong Dian are within walking distance. However, it's quite a distance from the subway station, making it inconvenient to take the metro. The room is spacious, and the double sinks in the bathroom are convenient for multiple people to use simultaneously. While the sofa bed isn't as comfortable as a regular bed, it's perfectly fine for one person. The welcome amenities were beautifully presented with fruit, cake, and Lanvin Water. In my experience, Hyatt hotels usually have excellent dining options, but the Happy Hour at the executive lounge was a huge disappointment – limited selection and poor quality. Breakfast at the coffee shop, though, was plentiful and tasty, which somewhat redeemed the dining experience. Xiangjiang 36 Chinese restaurant, both in terms of service and food quality, was exceptional.

Huge thanks to Grand Hyatt Changsha for the thoughtful arrangements! We stayed in a 270-degree panoramic executive suite on the 60th floor facing west, and the spectacular views were a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious and bright with refined furnishings. It had everything we needed, from a bar table to kitchenware, offering both the comfort of home and the convenience of a hotel stay. The most stunning feature was the skyline outside the window – as the sun set, the peaks of Yuelu Mountain were bathed in a golden glow, beautifully embodying the poetic 'layers of forests dyed crimson.' Looking out further, the Xiang River flowed northward, and Orange Isle stood majestically like a steadfast pillar in the middle of the stream. What's even more commendable is the hotel team's professionalism and enthusiasm; everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was meticulous and attentive. The daily breakfast was also bountiful and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. This stay far exceeded our expectations, and we had a very pleasant few days in Changsha.

The Grand Hyatt Changsha boasts an excellent location, with high-floor rooms offering fantastic views, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Xiang River night scenery. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the bedding is very pleasant to sleep on, and the service is attentive. It's close to the business district, making it convenient for getting around and dining. If you're looking to enjoy the Xiang River night view in Changsha, this hotel is a great choice.

Staying at the Grand Hyatt on my trip to Changsha was an absolutely delightful experience overall. The service was warm and attentive, and the staff were responsive and caring. The room was clean and elegant, with a stunning high-rise view overlooking the city. It was a truly memorable stay.

The hotel offers excellent views and is incredibly close to Orange Isle, Wuyi Square, IFS, Pozi Street, and Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street – you're there as soon as you step out. I absolutely loved the cakes in the hotel's executive lounge; I still miss them even now! Special praise goes to every single staff member in the lounge, whose attitudes were exceptionally good. Even after leaving Changsha, my child kept talking about the 'beautiful older sisters' there. Whether for business or traveling with kids, Grand Hyatt is always the top choice. Next time I'm here, I'll definitely choose Grand Hyatt Changsha again.

The environment is great, my kids loved it, and the service was impeccable. The hotel lobby's decor is quite unique, like a miniature 'Snack Kingdom'. The breakfast at the first-floor cafe was exceptionally rich and delicious. The location is excellent, right downstairs from Wenheyou Pozi Street, which is a fantastic place to explore.
