Well attended by all the reception staffs and feel welcoming. Ms. Lydia was assigned to assist us and being helpful on local information and assist us in restaurant reservations. The Business Lounge is great. Will definitely come back to stay at this JW Marriott when in Changsha.

The staff is outstanding, from the workers in the lobby, to Swank, to the staff at the lounge, and everyone at the reception desk. The service was exceptional, and hotel premises were excellent! The food and drink we were offered were also outstanding. In short, we would return to Changsha just to stay in your hotel again. Many thanks to you all!!

Very great experience. The hotel staff mr A. Xie (aixen) allowed us late cookout at 3pm. Excellent bf at 100 ¥ !! Large and great food selection for breakfast. Was considering the dinner Buffett but was too full from lunch and BF!! Overall great room and great experience.

Amazing hotel! Super clean and spacious rooms, the staff are very attentive and helpful. Regardless of who we chatted to, each staff member knew what we needed and would follow up on our previous requests to make sure we were having a good stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was a pleasant stay. Live band was a highlight.
The only mark down is that there isn’t clear separation of smoking and nonsmoking area in the bar. I was torn between wanting to enjoy the live band but want to stay away from second hand smoke.
