Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, beautiful environment, no strange smells in the room. Service: Quick response time, overall good service. The hotel is conveniently located with good transportation access.

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. They communicated all the necessary information before check-in, allowing us to prepare in advance. During our stay, Ms. Zhao was our dedicated contact and helped resolve all our basic requests, making our crowded holiday much more enjoyable. It was so relaxing to sit by the window, sip tea, and read a book, enjoying a rare moment of peace. The Hunan Museum is also worth a visit, especially with the Pompeii exhibition currently on display.

Excellent hotel! 🏨 The staff are incredibly flexible and enthusiastic. ❤️ The parking is convenient, and the subway station is right outside. They even had many activities during the National Day holiday. Highly recommended and trustworthy!

This hotel is right next to Yingbin Road Station on Metro Line 2, making it incredibly convenient! The hotel's decor is exquisite, and even after three years, it still looks as good as new, showing how well-maintained it is and the thoughtful management behind it. I was particularly impressed when I went to do laundry; the laundry room even had collar cleaner and underwear detergent, which was a very considerate touch. Plus, the food around the hotel is delicious. I highly recommend this place!!!

The environment was great, and we even got a free upgrade! The service was excellent, and they offered afternoon tea. The room was super clean, and there were plenty of complimentary drinks. Downstairs, there's a Heytea (Cha Yan Yue Se), and it's close to Metro Line 2, making it convenient to go anywhere.

I highly recommend this hotel; I'd say its location is the best among all Orange Crystal hotels in Changsha. It's just one subway stop from Wuyi Square. There's a dual-line subway entrance right downstairs, offering direct access to the South Station and the airport. Downstairs, you'll also find popular spots like Cha Yan Yue Se and the internet-famous Juwei Quji, just a 3-minute walk away. There are also some great local Hunan restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and responsive, the rooms are quiet, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The breakfast ingredients are fresh, and I especially loved the rice noodles. Thumbs up!

Every time I check in, the front desk staff, both the guys and the girls, are incredibly nice, friendly, and polite. This time, I also noticed that the room cleaning auntie was very approachable. For the past few years, I've been recommending this hotel to all my friends who visit Changsha because its location is super convenient, whether you're taking the subway or a Didi. The best part is their robot delivery service for food; you don't have to wait long at all!

Perhaps my expectations were a bit too high for this stay, leading to a slight disappointment overall. Still, I gave a full score as it's not easy to run a business. Here are a few suggestions for reference. The Wuyi Square branch is actually quite a distance from Wuyi Square itself, not to mention even further from the river. I arrived at 10 PM, thinking the river was just a short walk away, but after walking for half an hour, I still hadn't reached it. I ended up taking a taxi, but by then I had already missed the 11 PM light show. The floor I stayed on was even hotter than outside. Staff said the person in charge of the AC had just turned it off because they were clocking out. I asked and was told they finish at 10 PM, but my watch showed 9:40 PM. It was still hot the next morning too. The reviews mentioned afternoon tea and whiskey, which is why I booked the Executive Twin Room, as the front desk said it was the best twin room in the hotel. When I asked about the afternoon tea and whiskey, I was told they weren't available unless ordered through a third-party platform. I asked staff which third-party platforms had it, but they couldn't name any. Doesn't my Ctrip corporate booking count as a third party? The laundry room was advertised as a special service, but when I inquired, the staff had already left for the day, so I gave up on it. My room package stated it included a souvenir. After checking out, the staff didn't proactively offer it. I remembered and asked, and they did give me two small snacks. Overall, I missed out on a lot during this trip to Changsha. I'd advise anyone looking for a good location to check the map carefully beforehand. If you have no high expectations, it's an okay place to stay. As a long-time Huazhu user, I personally prefer Hanting. Breakfast was decent.

The room is located on Wuyi Avenue, with a Chayan Yuese tea shop downstairs, which is very convenient. When we arrived, the room wasn't ready, so the front desk suggested we go for lunch first. After lunch, we came back and waited in the lobby for over half an hour for the room to be prepared before we could check in. The process was a bit slow, but the lobby manager was very kind and offered us some fruit and pastries.

This is by far the best Orange Crystal Hotel we've stayed at in Changsha. Its location is super convenient; you can take Line 2 directly from Changsha South Railway Station, and the hotel is just 200 meters from the subway exit. Every time we visit, there are always some new improvements. This time, we noticed they added EV charging stations, which is a great convenience for new energy vehicle owners. Plus, the breakfast now includes freshly squeezed seasonal juices like watermelon and cucumber, which shows a lot of thought and care. Thumbs up to the hotel!

Extremely satisfied with the room; it was the best stay I've had. The hotel breakfast was particularly delicious 😋, and getting around was very convenient. There's a subway station for Line 2 nearby, which goes directly to major attractions and the South Railway Station. If I come to Changsha again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

Out of the dozens of hotels I've stayed at with kids, ranging from luxury to budget, this is by far the most comfortable one. The bedding, environment, and room layout were super cozy. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, even featuring local specialties like spicy beef noodles. Every single staff member was incredibly thoughtful. After a few days of sightseeing, we had a pile of dirty laundry. After we checked in, a staff member came to collect it, washed and dried it, and then returned it to our room. The hotel is right near the subway station, making it super convenient to get to Orange Isle and Wuyi Avenue. Plus, there's a CHAYAN YUESE (tea shop) downstairs. The front desk staff on the day of check-in was absolutely wonderful – beautiful, gentle, and attentive. She even gave us local tips and, worried that the robot delivery would be too slow, personally brought up our takeout. And there's daily afternoon tea and fruit… All in all, if I come to Changsha again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
