房間很大，豪華標間，酒店柚子香舒適宜人。最近很多年，去常山就住華府慢城。早餐種類多，本地菜但進行了改良，照顧不能吃辣的朋友

這家酒店，每一層都有一間榻榻米房間，是需要提前預訂才有的。然後早餐非常豐盛，培糕 燒餅 以及裏手工麪是一絕，比街上的還要好吃！這是我選擇這家酒店的最大原因。

酒店設計不錯，有個後院可以閑庭漫步，房間温馨舒適，早餐花樣很多，富有地方特色，前台服務熱情周到，想客人之所想，體貼入微，會是下次到常山的首選酒店

前台服務親切熱情，我因為呼吸道敏感，前台安排服務員讓我換了房間。地理位置也不錯，鬧中取靜。早餐很豐富、乾淨衞生，味道也很不錯，特別是早餐接待區的女士態度熱情温暖，見到熱情打招呼。有需要還會再次入住。

從來沒有試過這麼差的酒店！
1）設施：前台有空調，電梯和過道熱烘烘的，沒有開空調，這個錢也省？
2）房間：空調製冷效果不錯，但是聲音特別大，關掉以後聲音居然還一直有，聞所未聞！
3）周邊：空調外機聲音特別大，前台服務員上來確認後，和我説是樓下飯店的，21:00左右就關了沒聲音，實際上是一夜都不停的，滿嘴謊言！
4）飲食：早餐很差，牛奶居然還是奶粉勾兑的，沒幾樣正常點的菜，種類很少，很差勁，比不上7天速8這種。
5）綜合體驗，一塌糊塗，從此不會考慮他家，基本一夜沒睡，換了房間還是不行，所有房間都是這個樣子，真是一塌糊塗！！！
