If you need to arrange room cleaning and drinking water supply when renewing the room, you should take the initiative to contact the guest to collect or deliver it by robot in time during non-lunch breaks after the express delivery to the front desk. The hotel has just opened, and there are some details in the initial operation. I wish the hotel can actively improve the shortcomings and make continuous progress to provide guests with a better experience.

The room is clean and hygienic. The pillows at Atour are as good as they are said to be. They are very comfortable. It is not far from Yushan Scenic Area and is very convenient to the city. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Changshu next time.
