睡到半夜發現空調漏水 半個床頭枕頭的位置都濕了 牀頭櫃也全是水 聯繫酒店客服説叫我自己去樓下拿鑰匙換房間 但是我本身腳受傷了拄着枴杖不方便上下折騰 客服説沒有工作人員在那邊 衹能我自己下樓拿鑰匙換房間 酒店沒有檢修好就營業給我帶來了不便 想讓客服看看有沒有補償 客服表示沒有

這次出差來常熟，訂的這家民宿，環境確實好，很私密不是很亂，比連鎖酒店好，價格親民。裏面設施很全面。值得推薦給大家！最最最主要是衞生很乾凈。
