前台工作人員熱情友好，辦理入住手續迅速高效，
房間乾淨整潔，佈置得温馨舒適，浴室的水温和水壓都恰到好處，洗浴用品品質也很不錯，酒店的地理位置也十分優越，就在虞山腳下。周邊交通便利，吃飯的選擇也很多，出行非常方便。
總之，這是一次非常滿意的入住體驗，下次來這座城市，我還會毫不猶豫地選擇！推薦給大家！
還有漢服體驗和游泳池，小朋友玩的很開心。

酒店舒適乾淨，房間條件超出預期，設施周到、佈置温馨，停車方便。位置極佳，面朝虞山、背靠竹林和茶園，步行5分鐘就能到興福寺和虞山索道。服務熱情、規範，帶寵物很方便。挑對酒店給旅行加分不少，對常熟留下非常好的印象！

帶🐶出遊，這家酒店寵物友好，不額外收費，性價比超預期。工作人員都很熱情，主動帶至房間，主動詢問需要。房間設施物品也很齊全，還提供一次性馬桶墊，床也比較舒服，提供各種枕頭供不同喜好。就是有一點點問題，馬桶間內側把手距離馬桶位置太近（圖8），人彎下來容易撞到頭，還有窗邊上那個燈也容易撞到（圖9）。
酒店位置也是很好，就在虞山腳下，非常適合想去虞山雄鷹線徒步的徒友。
