房間乾淨清爽，服務枱接待人員認真熱情，住了四天總體來説還是不錯的，早餐也算豐富，選擇品種多。唯一感覺不適的早餐接待的男性領班，説我們孩子超過了120cm，要買票了，告訴他了116，他還不信任，這個暑假住了五六家五星賓館，第一次碰見了，太差勁了。而且餐廳服務員都是面無表情，客人謝謝他，也無迴應。必須要好好的進修培養一下吧。微笑服務對於五星賓館是最起碼的。

很早就團好的券 端午節沒有約到 正好趁暑假帶家人一起過來 當天辦理入住的當班Lemon很友好的幫我升級到了行政雙床 非常貼心 關於其他細節方面也介紹很詳細 很專業 樓層是要刷卡入電梯很有安全感 我們自駕過來的停車場地面和樓下都很寬敞 周邊有個江南印象商圈 吃喝也是可以解決的 不過地理位置是有點尷尬 到市區是要半小時左右的 還有個菜園可能季節的關係衹看到了番茄菜瓜辣椒 其他都還一片苗苗狀 還是需要養護的 早餐品種不是很豐富但也能過得去 品質可以的選擇不多而已 樓下的冰淇淋車真的是買了二輪哈哈哈 一天兩個
設施：是有點年頭了 維護得還蠻積極的 早餐時看見園丁在修建很久
衞生：客房服務很收到很及時
環境：整體酒店的環境很大 佔地面積也很廣闊 視野很好
服務：工作人員都很友好

暑假帶家人常熟遊玩 選擇雅高旗下的常熟理文鉑爾曼 前台經理Mary給安排了一間視野開闊的房間 看到我們帶了兩個孩子 還送了孩子們兩個早上的早餐 細心的告訴我們周邊很近的地方是江邊可以帶娃去走走 早餐很豐盛 本來説不用打掃的 阿姨在我們吃個早飯工夫 房間已經打掃乾淨 特惠冰淇淋孩子們吃了兩次 口感超讚 真誠熱情的服務一直在線！

酒店位置比較偏的，在工業區，附近有個商業區可以隨便吃吃。入住這裏純粹圖清凈，然後某程上699兩晚的價格也頗為美好。
房間設施：入住給升了級，房間更大一些，眺望遠處的港口碼頭還蠻舒服的。就是窗簾有點短，陽光從落地窗和窗簾的縫隙裏穿進來，生生被亮醒了。到前台投訴，前台告知窗簾都是這麼短，但給買了眼罩作為彌補，這個服務是很不錯了。
性價比：699兩晚，而且是週末，價格相當感人了。
早餐：宣稱五星酒店的早餐略磕碴，沒啥可吃。
wifi：穩定
床：枕頭有點軟，總體還可以
衞生：挺乾淨的
服務：服務員有點過於勤快，週六早上9點就來敲門，問要不要打掃😊入住還送了歡迎水果，雖然李子很酸，但有心了。
