我晚上九點多到店的，服務員讓我退單，我沒有退，6點後退了的話我就要承擔費用了，明擺着做事不上路。開個發票和流水單現場都開不了！到下午快五點才開出來的，失望透頂！

到房間地上都是瓜子殼，打掃一點都不乾淨，自己打掃了一下。馬桶按鍵都壞的。而且沒有洗澡涼拖鞋，問了前台，也説他們店一直都沒有，太詫異了。房間竟然沒有窗户，太壓抑了。隔音不能再差了。都沒有小縣城的小旅店環境好，還連鎖的呢。這次住宿真的太差了，下次堅決不選這個店了。
