設施：房子是老房子改造的，住在裏面特別有韻味，來長汀古城就應該住這樣子的，不過隔音效果比較一般
衞生：雖然是民宿，但是這個一看房間的衞生細節是做的比較到位的，看得出來老闆有在認真對這個事情
環境：反正很好，來這裏整個身心是放鬆的，長汀古城也有很多好吃的，到哪裡都很近
服務：管家挺好，會幫忙提醒你，來了之後都不用做攻略，管家直接給你安排到位
