非常滿意！老闆很熱情，還幫我們換到了2樓，很安靜。窗外風景很好，小院整體的風景也非常好。老闆人也挺好的。位置很方便，就在卧龍書院對面，可以直接出行。衞生間裝修非常好，有乾濕分離。空調馬力很足，冷氣很足。

這是一家特別温馨的民宿，在卧龍書院隔壁，去各個景點都很方便，附近吃的也多，老闆一家人特別好，我們預訂的是一樓的特價房，到她家的時候，她二樓還有房，幫我們調整到二樓，免了差價，因為是標準間，我們是夫妻，她還幫我們把兩張床拼在一起，特別大的床了。可以從她那兒訂五個景點的聯票和夜遊汀江的船票，都會便宜一些，老闆家的小姑娘嘴巴真甜，熱情洋溢的幫我們拍照，去丁屋嶺，老闆娘還介紹我們坐她朋友的車，也是一個熱心人，丁屋嶺回來離我們動車的時間還有兩個半小時，他説時間寬裕不要去動車站等，帶我們去他家泡茶，非常漂亮的帶庭院的大別墅，此行因為你們有了賓至如歸的感覺。

民宿很漂亮養了很多花，很乾凈，看得出來老闆在精心打理。
老闆人也很好，很熱情。
位置很好，在卧龍書院對面。
直接在店裡租的車，方便。

看到評論有高分才定啲、我们开了3个房間、設備一般、環境2樓才有遠景山、自駕、自駕遊人士千万不能訂、離所講破舊停車場有2公里、而且問口是不能停車的、走的時候人+行李也只能走很遠才到停車場、所以有老人家的也不建議住、然後離最熱鬧巿中心广埸也有十多分鐘的路程：所以不能相信以前的亂评語、會上坑😂

太漂亮了，來到古城就要住這樣的民宿，就在卧龍書院斜對面，離店頭街也很近，晚上在露台乘涼，很涼快，老闆人也好，下次來玩還住這！！
