衞生間漏水，反饋給3樓客服經理，一直找理由推脱，維修還不讓客人見到，漏水原因不給客人説明，服務差勁，表示他們設施沒有問題，住宿時間很長，其餘都是好評，本次差評是酒店服務經理對漏水事件的處理差勁，把客人當猴耍，説的維修人員上夜班（17:30上班）下午15:00剛剛走，16:00之前返回酒店就修好了！
