We booked 2 rooms and one of the room came with a stench and we managed to get a room change. After changing, the next room came in a dirty state especially the bath tub and the TV wasn't working. Since it was already late at night when we checked-in, we decided not to change room another time.
Overall, it was a bad experience for a 5 star hotel which was recommended as a must-stay in this area.

Massive hotel with really a lot of rooms, dedicated to mass tourism in the nearby entertainment area.
Location is more quiet than other Hotels in the area.
Room was nice and quite clean. Public areas starts to show wearing due to high presence. A couple of broken glass on the balcony (on very high floor) in the vaste breakfast area. Talking about breakfast, feeling was not good at all. Too many people, organized but chaotic and personnel always on the run that can’t follow your request properly. Public areas are ok, many shops, but few entertainments. Honestly, considering that other hotels are even worse, next time will be just a daily trip.

入住等了近一個小時…走廊抬頭就能看到大面積的漏水…早餐像是領救濟糧…離所有景點最遠的一個酒店…坐接駁車還要收費…10元一位…古鎮沿岸全是露天酒吧…沒法憑欄拍照…動物園投餵動物全給東百人承包了…人多擁擠…對着一個遊客説“我做生意你擋我門口乾嘛”…很難想象這是一個動物園…我覺得我踏馬像動物…小火車運力不足就不足…還私家車多導致小火車排隊需要超過3個小時…無力吐槽…給錢都不來…

泡芙小管家很不錯，鑽石酒店環境很好，晚上休息時候隔音挺好。早上的自助餐風景很好，口味也不錯。地理位置很好，距離樂園和古鎮都很近，開車五六分鐘就可以到了。下次去湖州還會選擇。

房間升級成了湖景房 離酒店最近的湖是呈藍綠色的 旁邊是草坪 很美 更遠處還能看到太湖 送了兩張古鎮門票 進古鎮不用另外花錢了 還有私人管家提前引導你 有什麼問題都可以問他 態度很好。我的管家是七七 非常貼心的服務！
