Atour Hotel

This hotel is absolutely terrible! First off, Atour hotels usually offer laundry service, right? But when I called the front desk, they said they didn't have time, refusing even to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer! Secondly, Atour offers platinum member supper, but they didn't even offer it or ask, claiming their system couldn't see if I was a platinum member. I've never encountered that before! On top of that, the washing machines here are ancient, like ten years old, dirty and broken, and they don't even rinse out the suds properly. You can check the filter inside the dryer; it's full of dust! The ceiling height is only 2.1 meters, so I'd advise tall people not to stay here, you'll easily hit your head!

這家亞朵位置很好，前台服務很熱情，辦入住給倒了紅茶味道很好，房間寬敞安靜，硬件設施齊全，床上用品很舒服，亞朵的床上用品值得點贊，熱水温度剛剛好，點了外賣機器人送到房間很方便，早餐好吃樣式也多，退房的時候還送了礦泉水很貼心，值得推薦

房間比較寬敞的，比一般酒店看着大，一家三口2米的床也夠睡。騎車去太湖看日出也很方便一路直行即可，風景請看下圖，開車半小時到龍之夢看動物表演也方便的，我們退房的時候7號小姐姐超級熱情幫忙推行李，真到很推薦的🥰🥰🥰

整體格調簡約高級，房間乾淨通透、床品舒適，隔音與採光都很好。服務員33號禮貌周到，不刻意打擾，環境安靜雅緻，鬧中取靜。無論是出行暫住還是放鬆休憩都很合適，是一次很有品質的入住體驗，下次還會選擇。

酒店位置很好，周邊吃飯方便，前台服務很好，進店問好奉茶，房間乾淨整潔，安靜舒適，空調環保，早餐豐盛美味，離店送上暖心水，這已是第二次入住，免費停車，值得推薦👍👍👍
