房間環境還可以，外面可以看到江～離市中心也不遠！酒店大廳較小～早餐人員服務意識太差，大概10幾個人在用餐，一個餐盤也沒有就算了，餐食要啥都沒有，都是空的冷的，讓阿姨下3碗麪，他説你一個吃這麼多？？我説我一家三口呢！沒東西吃一人吃一碗總可以吧！阿姨普通話也不好，不好好提供服務，光用土話忙着狡辯……真是拜託提高提高員工培訓吧

酒店位置還可以，在江邊上，離縣城有點距離。前台服務態度一般，房間空間有點小，真心感覺一般，價格偏貴。

酒店屬於快捷型酒店在公寓租了兩層，有停車場，早餐可口，方便樓下就是清江，清江大橋環境也挺好，離十里畫廊景區很近。

酒店停車便捷，前台服務人員熱情周到，房間整潔乾淨，寬敞明亮。晚上睡覺的時候房間很安靜，第二天的早餐也很不錯。住的很舒心很放鬆。

酒店很新，漂亮，坐落在清江邊，不在縣城中心。
服務還行，早餐不算特別豐盛，但是還可以，以本地菜品居多，牛肉麪好吃。大冬天的如果空調在給力點就完美了😄

長陽縣城周邊環境比較新的酒店，住宿環境還是不錯的。缺點一：沒有一次性馬桶墊；缺點二：服務態度比較一般，縣城水平。春節出遊10天，唯一一家沒有贈送早餐的酒店，其他酒店的無早餐都可以贈送，唯獨這家沒有贈送，沒有也就罷了，態度還不咋地，就一句：贈不了要付費！都沒正眼看過客人！服務是真的一般般，訂的景觀房，攜程上的圖片顯示落地窗，實際房間內並不是！宜昌人其實特別熱情，滴滴遇到很多司機師傅都特別熱情，唯獨這家店讓人沒感覺到宜昌人民的熱情
