酒店房間比較寬敞，衞生也不錯，床品乾淨舒適。隔音挺好的。酒店停車比較方便。車位充足。地理位置也不錯，特別是離觀音堂很近，走10多分鐘就到了這一點非常的好。
也有一些問題。我們到酒店的房間的時候發現房間裏的地板有水。於是就想請前台瞭解一下是怎麼回事兒，前台提出給我們換一個房間，還説給我們升級了，就是我們房間對面的518室。。後來保潔阿姨過來以後發現地板的水是因為拖地的時候留有水漬沒有幹而已，並不是漏水。經瞭解，前台説的給我們要升級的房間居然間是一個沒有窗户的房間！所以我們沒換。 一開始我們還不太相信，結果第二天恰巧這間房子開着門我們看了一眼，果然是一間沒有窗户的房間。我就不明白了：説是給我們升級到底是什麼意思？這種沒有窗户的房間明明是降級嘛！為什麼葯這樣對待我們？什麼意思？希望加強前台人員的培訓，除此之外，前台的其他服務人員和餐廳的工作人員以及保潔阿姨態度還都是非常好的，在此致謝。

這次出行選美侖酒店真是選對了！一進大堂，工作人員就熱情迎接，辦理入住超迅速。房間乾淨敞亮，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。浴室乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質在線。周邊美食多，出行也方便。早餐豐富，中西式都有。下次出遊，還選美侖！前台帥哥佘嘉明服務態度一流，有問必答，遇到問題第一時間主動解決，簡直就是賓至如歸的感覺。

這次入住體驗超預期！酒店位置絕佳，出門步行十分鐘就能到附近景點，吃飯點外賣都超方便。前台小姐姐服務超貼心，辦理入住速度快，還主動告知周邊遊玩攻略，贈送了歡迎飲品，好感度拉滿～

這次入住體驗太驚喜了！提前打電話溝通入住需求，前台小姐姐特別耐心，到店後很快辦好了手續。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音做得很好，晚上睡得特別香。
早餐種類超豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮，現做的餛飩和煎蛋味道很棒。酒店位置也很方便，出門就是地鐵站，去景點和商圈都很順。
最感動的是細節，客房阿姨每天都會把換下的拖鞋擺得整整齊齊，還貼心地加了瓶礦泉水。退房時前台還送了小伴手禮，全程服務都讓人覺得温暖又專業，下次來還住這裏！

服務：服務相當到位，提前開啟空調，服務員也非常熱情，賓至如歸的感覺
前幾天帶孩子去長治玩，住的長治美侖酒店真是選對了。
到店時孩子在車上睡著了，我正愁怎麼抱他進房間，酒店過來一個當班經理看到我的車一直不下來人，到門口給我打招呼，問我是不是知道停車場怎麼走？我説抱的孩子了，孩子睡著了，不方便到前台辦理入住，需要有人先把房間安排好才行，然後人家拿了我的身份證，到前台給我辦理了入住，業務水平很專業，全程沒有超過兩分鐘，然後直接把我帶到了房間，還輕手輕腳的，怕吵醒孩子”。走的時候還問我需要不需要把車給停到車位裏面，我當時也很累了，然後就把車鑰匙給這個經理了，人家幫我把車停好，上來送車鑰匙的時候，還給寶寶帶了小童拖鞋和牙刷，真是太貼心了我的媽呀，酒店行業這麼捲了嘛，真是酒店裡麪的海底撈呀。
第二天孩子在大峽谷玩水玩瘋了，衣服全濕透，傍晚回房發現臟衣服不見了，床頭放着疊得整整齊齊的乾淨衣服，旁邊紙條寫着“幫小朋友簡單洗了已經烘乾了，半夜孩子突然哭着要喝熱牛奶，我打給前台，不到五分鐘就有人送來，還帶了個小故事繪本，説“試試講個故事哄他睡”。退房時孩子抱着前台小姐姐的腿不肯走，説“下次還要來住友説真的，帶娃出門最累的就是各種突發狀況，這家酒店連孩子半夜要喝奶這種小事都考慮到，真的太讓人省心了。趕緊推薦給大家[微笑]

這次到長治出差，入住了長治政務中心這家美侖酒店，真的有被暖到。我是臨時出差訂的房，到店時已經晚上十點多了，前台小哥看到我拎着大行李箱，主動過來幫我提，還笑着説“一路辛苦了，連忙給到了一杯飲品讓我解渴，一路上真的給我熱壞了，嗓子都冒煙了，喝了一杯涼飲，心情一下子就愉快了，很快就給辦好了入住手續”。一邊提醒我早餐的時間和地點，一邊幫我拿着行李箱，太貼心了。就跟回家了一樣。進房間發現空調已經提前開好，温度剛剛好，桌上還放了兩瓶礦泉水，瞬間覺得這趟奔波值了。
第二天早上趕早會，七點不到就去了餐廳，本以為沒什麼吃的，結果粥、包子、熱牛奶都冒着熱氣，餐廳大姐見我着急，還特意幫我把煎蛋打包好，説“路上吃方便”。退房的時候忘了把充電器落在床頭，都走到車站了，接到酒店電話説幫我收起來了，問要不需要不需要郵寄，郵費都不用我出。超級贊，不是錢多少的事，真是的想客人所想。
説真的，設施好的酒店不少，但這種處處替客人着想的細節，才最讓人記掛。下次來這座城市，肯定還選這兒。值得推薦給更多的人。
