Are guests supposed to give up their seats to your livestream and just put up with it? I don't know how they train you; your service has dropped this low since opening this year? And the formaldehyde smell was extremely strong. The next morning, because I needed to catch an early flight, I told the breakfast restaurant: "Could you please give me three takeout containers? I need to catch my flight, thank you." I received a cold response: "Then you'll have to give me an extra breakfast voucher. How many people are eating?" I mean, do I need to specify if I need one container for porridge, one for dry food, and one for vegetables? What is this hotel so arrogant about? At this price, you can easily find other hotels in Changzhi. Coming to your hotel is just asking for trouble and getting treated like this. I will never stay at this hotel or any related brand again. If you can't manage, hire someone to manage it. If you don't train people, don't let them work. If you don't want to work, don't work. Who are you trying to embarrass?"
