住户攜程網上下單，初建主題是公寓工作人員通過微信和付款寶收取按金，並且初見主題是公寓工作人員服務態度極差，具有恐嚇之意，總結房間設施比較沉舊熱水器，熱水器還得自己按開關等水加熱了才能洗澡，被子特別舊舒適感特差，中午12:30退房，還得扣按金¥20以此要挾本住户2:00以後好評截屏後才返給住户¥20 本人按金100隻退了我80以上是本人親身體驗。

不怎麼樣，早上8點打掃房間的阿姨就直接進門了，可能走錯路了，但是我們衣服還沒穿好，進門前也不敲門，客服説可以延遲三小時退房作為道歉，但是還要寫好評，臉可真大，絕對的差評
