You will not sleep at this hotel.
The building overlooks a busy street and the cars outside beep their horns every 5 seconds, even throughout the night. I had to buy earplugs for the second night just to get some sleep.
The shower door does not close and the bathtub drains almost as quickly as you can put water in it.
The worst part though, is the smoke. The lobby smells of smoke. There is ash on the floor in the elevators. The corridor STINKS of smoke. Is this a non-smoking hotel? It is revolting.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Location is walking distance from Changzhou railway station. Breakfast has a lot of choices. The room is clean and the bed is nice.

Hotel is walking distance from Changzhou railway station. Very convenient. Hotel has been renovated, and thus the stay is comfortable. Hotel was kind to give me free breakfast.

The hotel is an average, I would say 2.5 star equivalent, not the 4 star claimed. Its condition does match the low price that I paid. Best part is the location which is walking distance to the train station so convenient when taking the train. Hotel conditions feels old, but inside is clean.
