The hotel is quite nice, located near the mountains, so it's generally very quiet and perfect for relaxation. The activities offered through the Dada membership were excellent and quite innovative. The surrounding area is also very charming.

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The environment was beautiful and the facilities were excellent. The hotel's new 'Dada Dog' activity is very innovative, and I'm looking forward to bringing my family to experience it next time.

A great getaway for a relaxing weekend. The hotel boasts beautiful Huizhou-style architecture with a spacious and lush garden, creating a wonderful ambiance. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were enthusiastic, courteous, and provided thoughtful service. The room was spacious and clean with complete facilities, and the balcony offered lovely views of the garden. We had a very comfortable stay.

Upon arrival, a receptionist immediately helped with our luggage. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and offered many complimentary activities, such as outdoor archery and farm picking. The scenery is also beautiful and picture-perfect right from our room. There's also a game room, a kids' room, and plenty of other entertainment facilities, so you'll never be bored. I especially recommend the hot springs, which have many unique pools, including a red wine bath and a mugwort bath.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area and it''s quite convenient close to Hefei. Verry good option for relaxing during the weekends, specially because of the many pools. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and the staff is nice. Even though needed renovation, I would definitely go back. My husband forgot his jeans at the hotel and Roger kindly has sent us by express and even hasn't charge me. The hotel really delights customers with this kind of attitude. Thank you to all the staff~~~

We had a great time and the service was really good. There could be more Western options for breakfast like bread and omelette and the coffee at the lobby car could be a little hotter :)

The rooms are well-equipped, and the environment is quiet. The location is convenient with easy parking, making it simple to get to the hot springs. The service is warm, thoughtful, prompt, and efficient. The dishes are delicious with fresh ingredients. During the holidays, the hotel also organized a variety of special activities for children. It offers great value for money.

Our stay at the Chaohu Shenye Hot Spring Holiday Resort was absolutely fantastic! What truly impressed me were the family-friendly facilities; the kids had an amazing time. They played foosball, got to bake their own cookies, and even found PSP games – they seriously didn't want to leave! The hotel service deserves a huge shout-out. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming; every time we passed someone in the hallway, they'd greet us with a cheerful 'Good morning' or 'Good afternoon,' which was lovely. Our room was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Whenever we needed extra bottled water, it was delivered super quickly. Overall, the stay was hassle-free and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with children. We'll definitely be back next time! We're coming back next month! We'll be frequent visitors!

I booked a family room, but when I arrived, I was told it wasn't available. They switched me to a small, out-of-the-way villa, but the hygiene was truly concerning. The floors weren't clean, and the curtains were dusty. The facilities were also old and run-down. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and when I asked, they just said it was under repair. They couldn't fix the problem, so I couldn't shower. The front desk only called to rush me to check out.

The hotel is older but they keep it clean and it's paradise for children. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple. The dinner is very delicious. The hotel is right next to the hot springs 👍We will come back for sure.

It was pretty great trip at chaohu hot spring resort but the frontdesk person was not able to communicate in english so it took long delay to have free BBQ service.
