房問環境舒適乾淨衞生，客廳陽台寬敞採光也是很好的體驗感超讚出行也很方便，樓下也有美宜佳菜
市場還有零食店，附近早餐店也挺多的，小姐姐姐服務態度很好很熱心很適合朋友一起出行旅遊又想要住在一起聊天的，非常不錯下次再來！！！

跟爸媽過去潮州玩，定的兩房，還是挺不錯的。乾淨衞生，家的感覺，爸媽也很滿意。小區綠化不錯，晚上好多人出來散步，以後有朋友去潮州玩應該還會推薦住這家

卫生：衛生真的很一般，一進門就見到幾只小強，訂的4房，由於蟑螂躲在床底，棄住了一個房間，房間衛生也一般，有些異味，更嚴重的床底全是垃圾，甚至有內褲等等雜物等等
设施：空調的制冷很奇怪 一會涼 一會不涼，第一晚熱的沒辦法睡覺，不想為難客服，就沒有計較.洗澡沒有熱水，就算按照指示調整，等了很久也沒用，洗了兩天熱水.
實際感受很差，沒有照片拍的那麼完美，體驗感很差 ，但是客服真的挺耐心的

碧桂園小區裏面，晚上到房間沒有電，沒有熱水，我還要自己找物業通電，聯繫管家説要自己推電閘！那我辦理入住時為什麼你都不告知呢？毛巾臟得很，這個衞生條件很難讓人相信床品能夠一客一換！離店後承諾18點前退按金，也沒收到，聯繫攜程才給退！總之體驗非常差，攜程也應該加強監管！

房間裝修小10年是有的，有打掃，衹是地板粘粘的，被子是臟的有之前訪客的頭髮，很多污的地方就是不乾淨，太太是整晚睡不着無奈我喝了酒倒下就呼嚕嚕。建議找酒店不踩雷

住青檸名宿比訂酒店更加實惠方便。套房裡衞生整潔，傢俱，冰箱，洗衣機等家電配備齊全。有個客廳餐廳方便聊天交流，吃宵夜喝酒。喝醉了就進房間睡覺。價格很親民，比住酒店實惠多了？前台的小妹服務態度超好，有疑問會微信秒回覆，還熱心給我發了旅遊攻略和美食攻略，這邊朋友過來玩得超開心❤️

沒有拍太多照片 真的很不錯 是在小區裏面安全性很高 獨户的！ 小區出入需要門卡！！安全性真的很好！ 而且酒店衞生也做的特別好！還能自己做飯！有洗衣機 所以換洗衣物不用擔心！出行也方便 樓下可以直接自己騎單車出行！特別的方便 就在景區附近 又不是那麼的擁擠 ！
