I had a great time and went back to the B&B to pick up my luggage and check out at about 12:30 on the last day. I was shocked by what I saw. It was the first time in my life that I was "kicked out" of my room. The B&B entered my room without my permission and touched me. After checking out my room, my luggage was thrown at the door (Picture 1). I was confused at the time. I called out twice in the yard to see if anyone was there, but no one responded. After a while, I saw a woman opposite. The room cleaner just ignored me on purpose!? I ran to ask her why she touched my luggage when I wasn't around. This woman didn't mean that she did it, and put the responsibility on the customer service! So I replied I called Ctrip customer service from my room and reported the problem to them. Not long after, the woman in front of me came and asked me not to complain. She said that the boss was going to deduct her wages and admitted that she had taken the suitcase without permission. Hahahaha, this was a slap in the face. No one else. It was the same woman when I checked in on the first day. She looked indifferent and asked me to pay the deposit as soon as I came in. The money was collected very quickly, but in exchange, no one came to the online customer service to explain the refund of the deposit. , I only refunded my money after calling Ctrip. The management of this B&B is too chaotic. They impose their opinions on others. At least they don't understand the most basic principles. The woman who cleans the room is ridiculous. She said that I didn't read their check-in rules carefully.
