For family with kids this hotel js the best in town , environment is good and place is clean . Free parking

Hotel got renovated not long ago, nothing special about the hotel. Staffs are okay, nothing extraordinary. Location is not great if you are planning walk around the ancient city, it will take 30min walk to the hotel from the ancient city. Even though the hotel is clean, they are not regulating guests not to smoke inside. Hotel is not too smelly cause its new, however I do think smoking smell will stink up the rooms soon or later.

The location of the hotel is good. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. They guide us on how to go to the tourist attraction and where to eat. The rooms are clean and the cleaner lady is friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Yinghe Hotel this time and was very satisfied. It is very close to various attractions. There is free parking for self-driving. It is very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions after parking the car at the hotel. The receptionist at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and the recommended travel guide was very good. The room was clean and hygienic. The floor attendant was serious and responsible. Because I was with my child, I added a quilt. The service was good and it was delivered immediately. I would like to focus on the breakfast. There are many varieties and the taste is very good. The restaurant is quiet. I will stay here next time I come to Chaozhou

The hotel was newly opened in 2024. The location is quite good. It is not far from the ancient city. The environment is very new. There are restaurants and gyms. The facilities are quite complete. The four of us booked a suite with two bedrooms and one living room, large windows, and a separate bathroom with wet and dry areas. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic. As soon as we checked in, they sent us a guide to travel and eat. The recommended food was very good. It was a restaurant that locals would go to. It was great.
